Charles did an awesome job from the initial meeting through the installation and follow up. He was very flexible to meet with us at times convenient for us, and he made suggestions to right size the project, not to just sell more lights. He made sure he understood what we wanted by asking questions, and continually asked for feedback to make sure we were satisfied. I enjoyed working with him so much that I signed up for his maintenance plan so he can keep the system working like it should. If we decide to expand, we will be calling Charles back.

Charles and NightOak were fantastic to work with from start to finish. Scheduling a consultation was quick and easy with an online calendar of availability and he was quick to respond with a follow up for an in person design meeting at our home. Despite our simple design needs relative to more elaborate work he has completed he never made us feel like our project was any less significant. He took time in explaining the details of the high end fixtures he uses and communicated his plan throughout in great detail. We will certainly be working with him again to build on the foundation we installed in the future.

Charles and his Night Oak team are simply the best. Not only is there attention to detail, and knowledge of outdoor lighting and audio top notch, they truly care about their work, and take pride in everything they do. I wish all service providers could even approach this level of service, touch, and follow through like this team. If you have outdoor lighting or audio needs, I would certainly consider Night Oak, and if you have any reservations about using them, I would quickly set them aside as you can be assured you will get high quality, fair price, great service and an exceptionally organized team.
