I went to the store so excited to shop for strollers as a new mom. Since I don’t know much about strollers, I asked for help from an employee. Instead of guiding me, she kept asking which brand and style I preferred. I explained that this is my first pregnancy and I needed advice because I had no idea where to start. Despite this, she continued asking the same question instead of offering guidance. When I reiterated that I needed help, she rudely walked away! This is supposed to be a store for pregnant women, and some of us have no idea what we need or want. That’s why we seek guidance from employees. This experience was incredibly disappointing and made me feel unsupported as a first-time mom.
