This was my first time buying a car and Ontario Car Store made the experience excellent. Carlos was friendly, professional, and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. He gave us a great deal, explained everything clearly, and answered all our questions with patience. Whenever we called, he responded right away and was very helpful. Overall, I had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend Ontario Car Store to anyone looking for a car.

Bought a 2018 Honda Accord from this dealership and couldn’t be happier. The car was in excellent condition, exactly as described, and the staff made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend if you're looking for a quality used vehicle.

Awful experience!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND. Ive called numerous dealerships today as I try to find the right vehicle- each sales person was kind and helpful - this was NOT the case with Ontario Car Store and is reflected with their low google rating. When I called to ask for a copy of car fax (as I've done multiple times already today), the man said he can't share until I buy the vehicle and he has no idea why others would have shared personal information - uhhh pardon? He directed me to the last photo of the ad which showed just a small aspect of the car fax and rudely said "didn't you see that?" - to which I replied yes, but id like to see service history and if there are any open recalls. He told me he would get back to me in half an hour. I then asked if I could ask additional questions and he hung up on me. Absolutely pathetic and I will 100% be taking my business elsewhere which is so disappointing because I was very interested.

I’m not one to write reviews but seriously, happily go take your money somewhere else. THEY WILL try to deceive you! Lied about exact kms, it being accident free, had no breaks,etc. went to go see a car, and after seeing so many problems with it when I drove it, he continued to say no don’t worry after the safety inspection it will all be fixed. But after I read the reviews before going in, I knew this was a reoccurring pattern where they lie to customers about fixing issues and then after you purchase it and something goes wrong, they won’t take responsibility. Seriously AVOID THEM! You can find other honest ppl and dealers somewhere else.
