Terrible Experience at Nirvana Wellness Center We recently visited Nirvana Wellness Center, and I am appalled by the disgusting customer service I received. From the moment walked in, the receptionist failed to follow basic policy and protocol for new clients. They neither inquired about customer insurance nor discussed the rates beforehand. Instead, customer was blindsided with a $129 bill after the massage. When I expressed my concern about not being informed of the costs upfront or having my insurance checked, the staff's response was shockingly rude. The massage itself was subpar, far from what one would expect from a wellness center. When I explained that customer didn't have the money, given the lack of prior information, the staff's behavior turned inappropriate and confrontational, insisting on payment. This experience was the epitome of poor customer service. Nirvana Wellness Center seems more focused on making money than on client care and transparency. I strongly advise against visiting this place until they make significant improvements in how they handle customers and their service quality. If I could, I would give them zero stars for the massage service, but unfortunately, I'm forced to give at least one star to submit this review. Avoid this place until they learn how to treat their customers with respect and honesty. Thank you

I had a very unfortunate experience at Nirvana on June 30, 2025. My wife and I had each booked a 30-minute chiropractor follow-up session—mine from 5:00 to 5:30 PM, and hers from 5:30 to 6:00 PM. We arrived at 5:03 PM, and the doctor called both of us in together. I was okay with that, assuming we would still receive our full treatment time individually. To my surprise, we were both finished by 5:26 PM. I raised my concern at the front desk, as we had booked two separate 30-minute sessions but received less than 25 minutes in total for both. I respectfully asked if we could be charged for just one session, since we were treated together in such a short span. The receptionist responded, "But both of you got treated, right?" That answer was incredibly disappointing. A few minutes of light physio and one spinal adjustment each does not justify $70 per person, especially when the total session was rushed and well below the expected duration. There was no acknowledgment of my concern, no apology, and no effort to make things right. I was simply told I had to pay regardless. I left feeling upset, disrespected, and honestly, cheated. This isn’t just about money—it’s about trust and fairness. I sincerely hope this reaches upper management and the owners. This was my first visit, and unfortunately, it will be my last. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
