Nishan Transport inc, One of their driver’s hit my vehicle that was parked and left without giving any information. I called their headquarters out of Quebec, Canadá and spoke to Alexander Laszlo Bardo’s and told him that one of his driver’s hit my vehicle. Alex asked me to send him the video footage of the incident along with pictures of my vehicle, which I did, I asked him to send me the driver’s name and license number and Insurance. Called Alex the next afternoon to see if he figured out which driver was that one that left the scene of an accident, and he said that he is not going to give me that information because it was my fault for parking my car there. I’m left with no other option than to file a complaint with the Federal Department of Transportation, filing a law suit in small claims court and notifying the Minnesota department of transportation about this company behavior when their driver’s crash into unoccupied vehicles.

Late dispatch for the next day. Although he asked for your next trip while on the road coming back. Too many mistakes on loading, have BOL but not loaded. Too many communications wasted due to personal resigning or quitting or not answering incoming calls that makes a real petpeeve for drivers. They dispatch you all over the US on companies that whether have docks or not, you have to figured it out by your self how to unload in a safety manner. Need a cleaner contract for the office for obvious reasons.
