There are three things I think we all “hate” doing in life. - looking for a new hair dresser, finding a new doctor, and going to the dealer to buy or lease a new car. So when my partner and I started discussing getting new cars last year, I really wasn’t looking forward to wasting our Saturdays visiting multiple dealerships, navigating the sales pitches that try to sell me something I didn’t want or failed to understand my needs as a disabled driver, and those endless finance conversations. I knew what was on my must have list. I didn’t want to spend 6 to 8 hours closing the deal. It was time to upgrade my VW from 2018, with more safety features, heated seats for my lower back, a better navigation system, and of course a kickass sound system. And, it needed to be practical, affordable and have zoom. But it still surprised me that we each ended up buying a 2025 SR Kicks that day we walked onto the Nissan Alhambra dealership. The dealership is clean, with a good selection of vehicles ready to test drive. What impressed me was the entire staff from beginning to end was professional, didn’t waste our time with a hard sell but listened to what my partner and I each were looking for - including what we were each willing to negotiate for our trade ins. Our sales specialist Alex Mendez, the assistant manager Luis Aguilar and the finance guy David Goodloe who loves gummy bears like I do - each person took care of us like we were the only customers in the room. And there were plenty of customers at the dealership that Saturday. Shout out to Mark Shields too who kept me company while we were waiting for my car to be evaluated and get the finance paperwork ready. And, we both closed our deals and made it home in 4 hours! I finally have my “red” car with just the right amount of sparkle! Since our purchases, Alex has continued to be responsive with my follow up questions and making sure we have our first service appointments scheduled. Diana Ramos went above and beyond to get time slots on the weekend so I wouldn’t miss any work during the week. I had a great experience at Nissan Alhambra. The waiting area is super nice, complete with a TV, coffee, and plenty of candies. You definitely won’t feel bored while waiting—it's actually quite enjoyable! The service was fast and exactly what I expected. Huge thanks to Sir Mike Villano for always sending me great deals and discounts via email. If you're looking for excellent service and a comfy place to wait, this is the spot! Really awesome dealership that cares about the local community. Ya I get it. Most dealerships are there to extract as much $ from you, as they can. I went into this place with a hardship story. (Everything including one key fob burnt in the Eaton fire). I asked if there was anything they could do in my situation. The director of service got involved and their price was more 15% less than everyone else. These places run on thin margins, that’s a huge discount. They just gained another lifetime customer. (Only pic I got. That’s moving day 2 weeks after the fire. Fastest and easiest move we ever had. )
