The place was good overall but service was not that good, we don't even know that the hotel had WiFi. They don't even tell us.
i have a very bad experienced with their service , environment and others. i think unity inn is the worst-ever hotel i ever visited. Price is also higher in terms of environment and service. stay away from this hotel when you visit Cox’s Bazar.
The rooms were clean & very comfortable. Staff was good. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting cox's bazar and looking for budget friendly hotel.
Very good hospitality and professionalism. Good arrangements of spacious separate rooms for both, sleeping and sitting. Recommended specially for those who wants to maintain Islamic values. Room service was quick and staffs are helpful and have can do attitude. Car parking and complementary breakfast available. I'm not an expert but probably as a hotel, it may has three star service rating. As for service I've received against what I've paid, I'm going to give it high recommendation
Best room at lower mid range. Small family is best for their room design. They have actuall suits which consist two rooms one bed room which is connected through other room. Fanstastic service and clean. Locationwise awesome.
Hospitality is remarkable specially dear Ahad vai. When i visited first time at the year of 2014 till now i can't forget him.
Best for budget room despite quite far from beach & dolphin mor
Unity Inn is near Sugandha beach. Its a 8 storey building. In December 2019 two person accomadation fair was 3000 taka per night with free breakfast. We were provided a drawing room (with sofa set and table, a refrigerator, telephone set), bed room ( one double size bed with bed-side table, one sofa, one tv set, one dressing table, one almirah), bathroom and attached verandah. Bedroom was AC equipped and bathroom had geyser. Room service, hospitality and behaviour is good enough. For dinner and lunch, you will have to go to outside restaurants. Prices might be cheaper in off-peak season.
