Awful customer service. I recently broke down and had my car taken to this garage for repairs. They couldn’t fit me in for a few days but I thought that was fair enough and that they must’ve been busy! Eventually I got a call from the garage and was quoted £400 for brakes. I had a few people do research and mechanics I knew from home (who unfortunately couldn’t fix my car due to it being in a different area from where I live) they all told me that they’re definitely trying to mug me off at that price! So i eventually got my car taken from this garage to home for £30, where someone will fix it for £180! The customer service was insanely rude, not helpful at all! I’m a young girl who doesn’t know much about cars and they clearly thought they could get more money out of me! At one point I was asked for my lock and wheel nut key! Which I didn’t even know what one would look like and they happily let me search for it without their help only to discover that I didn’t have any lock and wheel nuts on my car? The first guy who ‘assisted’ me had to ask his colleague if they can fix breaks? Can you imagine not knowing what your company can and can’t fix? Overall I would not recommend this garage! I think half the staff are very unhappy with their lives which is a shame. :)
