They are professional and they provide a good service. Staff and manager are nice. The service was fast and smooth. They are sometimes not pro active enough so make sure to follow up. They have a good customer service and will help accordingly. Prices are reasonable but not cheap.

Attention: Fraud Alert! I had an extremely negative experience with Chaparex. They took our money and failed to deliver what they had promised!! Even after a very long wait they didn't refund our money and completely disappeared, no responses to emails or phone calls at all !!! They reopened under a new name in the exact same location, clearly trying to escape accountability. They've even avoided listing the new business on Google Maps to not let people write negative reviews for their new business!! This is a scam and I strongly urge others to stay away and not fall into the same trap.

Fraud Alert! I had a very disappointing experience with Chaparex Vancouver. I paid $322.5 to have a family member's passport renewed and sent them the required documents, including the old passport. After three weeks, they returned the old passport and documents without completing the renewal process, and I did not receive a refund. Their communication and professionalism were severely lacking, leaving me feeling scammed and frustrated. I will be pursuing this matter through legal channels. I strongly advise others to avoid their services.
