Exceptional Experience – Twice! NOLA DMC was absolutely outstanding to work with! Their team was so attentive to every detail and truly went above and beyond to meet all of our company’s needs. From the early planning stages to on-site execution, they were incredible partners—making sure everything was accurate, seamless, and taken care of. Their knowledge of New Orleans and strong local connections made me feel confident we were in great hands from start to finish. They handled transportation flawlessly, ensured our dinner setup was perfect, and were always one step ahead on-site. I worked with NOLA DMC for our event in 2019 and again in 2025, and both experiences were exceptional. I wouldn’t use any other DMC when planning an event in New Orleans!
I called NOLA DMC for last-minute help for an event I was throwing in New Orleans, and they more than delivered. Stephanie was wonderful, very calm and collected, and was able to execute exactly what I was looking for: an elevated event with some fun surprises (including custom logo beignets!). Since I don't live in New Orleans, her expertise was invaluable. If you're planning an event in New Orleans, I highly recommend this team!
I’m a little late in writing this review but wanted to give a huge shout-out to the Meg, Gina and the ladies of NOLA DMC. In January, we had our very first Sales Forum. We decided on New Orleans and the hotel venue recommended NOLA DMC and I am so glad they did. NOLA DMC did an amazing job with our event! This was my first event of this size in a different city and I required a fair amount of hand-holding. From start to finish I was able to trust them and they did not disappoint. A highly organized airport transfer system for 80+ people on different flights, an awesome four restaurant dine around, trolleys for our scheduled tour, a beautiful banquet venue decorated spectacularly, finding Robin Barnes to provide entertainment, and the horse drawn carriages that transported everyone from the hotel to the banquet venue; they pulled it off perfectly and flawless. If you are looking at New Orleans for your event, please be sure to use NOLA DMC. You will not be disappointed.

You were attentive, proactive, and handled every detail with the same fantastic leadership I remember from years ago. Muriel’s Staff – Charley, Samuel, and Joe – You three were outstanding. The level of attentiveness, anticipation, and professionalism you brought was unmatched. Our guests were raving about the service, the food, and how genuinely cared for they felt. You made sure bellies were full, glasses were never empty, and spirits (both kinds!) were high. Ghost Tour Guides – Each guide brought such personality and storytelling magic to the evening. Their radically different styles made every group’s experience unique and memorable — equal parts eerie, entertaining, and educational. Truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience for our guests. Tarot Reader – A true starseed of the night! You drew even the most skeptical attendees in with your intuition and presence. The curiosity and reflection you inspired added a beautiful layer of intrigue and conversation to the event. Beverage Cart Service Attendee – The perfect touch of hospitality! Even as the group split into two tours, you ensured everyone was refreshed and cared for. Quick, gracious, and ready at every turn — truly fabulous service that did not go unnoticed. Voodoo Priestess Cinnamon – Last but absolutely not least — what an unforgettable presence! Your python was as gentle and photogenic as your energy was captivating. Guests were enthralled by your stories and deeply moved by your calm, inviting spirit. The VIP reading you offered was the cherry on top of an already spellbinding evening — a true testament to your grace and professionalism. Working with NOLA DMC was nothing short of a dream.
