Ms BevzI recently placed an order from NowNow through the Noon app, and my experience was extremely frustrating. This is my first time ordering from NowNow by the way. The delivery was more that 1 hour late, which was already disappointing. When I reached out to customer service, I was met with repetitive, generic responses and no sense of urgency to resolve my concerns. I eventually had to request a supervisor just to feel like someone was taking my issue seriously. To make matters worse, the items I received were completely different from what was shown on the app. This level of misrepresentation is unacceptable and makes me question the reliability of this platform. I love using Noon for ordering food and some items but I hope the NowNow store and Noon team take steps to rectify such issues, including improving customer service and ensuring product listings are accurate. This experience has left me hesitant to shop in NowNow again. To customer service team of NowNow, I sent and email as well and hoping to get a response from you.

I message the customer service still have more time to deliver it it’s only 12 in the afternoon 🤦‍♀️ I’m worried if the items still in good condition if the delivery driver is angry because I missed my order. Suhail KhaderI ordered 2 products from noon minutes through card payment. but the delivery guy came with just 1 product and before i receive the delivery, guy confirm as delivered in his system even though i did not receive item. When in asked him about the product he said he dont have any information regarding the products.And then he just put the bag on the floor and ran away.
