In Madina, Mr. Rashid's warm hospitality and attention to detail were truly remarkable. He took care of every aspect of our trip, allowing us to focus on our spiritual journey. Back in Karachi, Mr. Haris was extremely responsive and helpful in addressing our queries and concerns. His professionalism and courtesy were impressive. The entire team at Noor Ul Harmain demonstrated a deep understanding of the sacred rituals and provided invaluable guidance throughout our journey. Their commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction is truly commendable. I would highly recommend Noor Ul Harmain International Travel and Tours to anyone planning to perform Umrah or visit the holy cities of Makkah and Madina. ⭐ Very Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended I am extremely disappointed with Noor ul Harmain Travels & Tours. Mr. Ali from Noor ul Harmain made false promises and completely failed to deliver basic services. Two months before traveling, I repeatedly requested two wheelchairs for my mother and my aunt. I was assured again and again that the wheelchair service had been added. However, when we reached the airport, there was no wheelchair booked at all. My mother and aunt could barely walk, and seeing them suffer at Jeddah Airport was heartbreaking and extremely stressful for our entire family. To make matters worse, I am now sitting in Medina, and I found out that our booking was cancelled. They never booked it in the first place and lied to us. Despite asking multiple times, they never provided a reservation number, which should have been a red flag. For the last four years, I have already been struggling with family responsibilities, and this experience added unnecessary pain and stress during what was supposed to be a spiritual and peaceful journey. My sincere advice to anyone considering booking with them: 👉 Do not trust verbal promises 👉 Always ask for the official reservation number 👉 Double-check everything yourself This level of unprofessionalism and dishonesty is unacceptable, especially when dealing with elderly people and sacred travel. Very disappointed.

Very bad service. No manners, so bad behaviour, no customer service at all. Bad management. They just take money after that they are become rude and non cooperative. I gave bad service remark on Facebook they block my id there.
