I have to admit, I'm quite disappointed. I have herd great things about this company, but sadly only 1 out 5 interactions have been pleasant. At work I used to recommend this business for clients to get dressing supplies. However, after my personal experience, I will NOT be able to recommend them. The second interaction and after, I thought maybe the person i was speaking to was training, no big deal everyone needs to learn. But, it is the delivery service that was the most disappointing ( was to arrivebetween 4-8 pm but did not come), as well as not putting the correct contact and payment information in the system, thus needing a few phone calls to correct this. (They also contacted me at work, not on my cell like I requested, sadly I didn't supply my work number, but that was how they continued to contact me). With this experience, I would NOT recommend this business, not only did they not provide the supplies that I paid for, nor did they deliver the supplies, I am now having to go without a dressing change that is needed. I will also be relaying my experience on to the medical professionals that I work with, so a patient does not have to risk post op infection or worsening infection.

For anyone who needs advice and care for Ostomy supplies Nordons is the best place to go..the staff are knowledgeable, polite and will go out of their way to help. I have been a customer of this establishment since the very first time they brought their supplies to us. That was 50 yrs ago...I have aways been treated with respect and courtesy.

Everyone here is always so friendly and helpful. They're very knowledgeable and always take the time to make sure they're giving the best option for your needs. The prices are also very reasonable.
