Our company bought a truck from Norfolk Truck Center in June 2024. They said it would take two weeks at the most to put a wetline kit on it. After a month of having the truck and numerous excuses they blamed the manufacturer and parts delay. I finally received the truck in August 2024, had it for one week, and the transmission went out. They told me several times they would overnight the part that was needed. It's been over a week and I'm still waiting on the part. The owner blames the manufacturer and says there is nothing he can do. He is more I terested in making more sales than taking care of his existing customers. Before you enter into business with this company please think twice.

Had to take my Volvo HDT RV Hauler to them due to my compressor getting worn out, Great Job by Chris the Service Mgr and Josh who did the fantastic job on the complete work of diagnosing the AC problem and having my system cooling like a food freezer. Great personality of all staff personnel. I will return to have any additional work done for my RV Hauler.

Had my Freightliner Cascadia automatic transmission brought in with air issues. They were able to get it right in it's a shame that they didn't diagnose it properly the first time cuz I would have really liked to got it done there the service manager is awesome thank you mr. Nash
