Purchased a 2025 Tuguan SE R-Line. Shawn worked with me to help me get into this beautiful SUV. Trent and Shawn did a phenomenal job ensuring my purchase was a success. I did everything over the phone. They had the vehicle and paperwork ready when I arrived. The overall staff was friendly when greeting me as well. Highly recommend!

UPDATE: After getting a phone call from the dealership, I was told that the additional money added in was for the 10 year/ 100k mile warranty. The most absurd excuse ever! The 10 year/ 100k warranty is standard for Hyundia. This dealership including finance, management and down to the sales team are so dishonest! They will say and do anything to get a sale! PATHETIC!!! I spent an entire day trying to buy a car I was really interested in. The numbers just weren’t adding up. I felt pressured from the dealership to move forward anyway. After I got home, I realized an extra $5000 was added in to the purchase agreement. Was it by mistake??? I don’t know! What I do know is at least the manager should have caught it. How many other people does this happen to that don’t catch it. Long story short… it was a complete waste of my day! And I left without the car I was ready to buy. I’ll stick with Edmond Hyundai from now on!

Sad experience to say the least. We spend the day up here negotiating the price on the car and the payment. They wanted me in a trim i absolutely did not want. We leave and not even 5 mins later they call with a car i love. (Not knowing the brakes were cooked and the oil had never been changed) (certified used). Signed paperwork, drove the car home. Had the car 4 days with no communication. Started getting hard hits on the credit which we never agreed to AFTER WE SIGNED PAPERWORK AND TOOK CAR HOME, days after the fact. Called and called and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. Finally get ahold of someone and they say the deal fell apart. Okay cool, why wasn’t i called? Why did you let me leave with a car when i didn’t fully own It? I paid $85 to insure It lol. You took my trade in and I’ve had to miss work to come down and fix the finance teams mess up. Lesson learned here is, if you negotiate with them enough, they’ll get frazzled and practically give you the terms you want just to sell the car even if they can’t follow through with It. Total waste of time and hard hits on credit wasted. Thanks Norman Hyundai!
