We built a single family house with NAD 2017-2018 - the project was not their typical bread and butter city condo - but a suburban single family that we planned to live in versus sell. We were pretty green coming into the world of construction, so we relied heavily on Jason and his teams expertise. We are so happy we did- we were able to build the house of our dreams. Any regular build/permit challenges we encountered Jason and his team handled with professionalism and swiftness. Our lot in particular had unique circumstances that required a GC with creative solutions. Overall NAD demonstrated great communication, patience and professionalism every step of the way. The quality of their work is as good as it gets. If you purchase a property built by NAD you know you’re getting a quality home. Likewise, if you enlist them to build your home you can expect them to stick within the time and budget, which are just as important as quality. It’s rare to find a builder/company that you feel is being honest with you and Jason is as honest and honorable as you will find!

The team had been phenomenal from the day we inspected the house up until today. 3 years in and they have been following us every step of the way. Any question, any problem, any issue that we ask and consult them on, they always respond and address them in a timely and professional way. These days, It is exceptionally rare to find people who take a great deal of pride in their work. To find a reliable general contractor, a builder to build a home for you and your family to live for years and years, that is one of the hardest things. Most builders take shortcuts, and their workmanship always leaves much to be desired. I purchased a condo built by NorthAmerica Dev. LLC in Jan 2020. They had flipped an old building to create these ultramodern, sleek, sturdily built homes, with a great deal of attention to architectural details and esthetics. I have been happy there. Everything worked as expected. For the first two years the general foreman and his crew(s) came by to take care of minor things under warranty. When appliances did not work they took care of it themselves, without asking me to contact Fisher-Paykel. To this day, everyone who walks in the house is impressed about how well built the house is. Also, when I tel them that even after 4 years, I can still call them and they help with some details, for example, with the HVAC or wind damaged roof etc, everyone tells me that this is the most incredible example of builders taking pride in their work. Having seen how they operate, I don't think that my experience is unique. These people take their work seriously and they are proud to own their work.
