Part 1 done— packing! Had a great experience with my packing team they were friendly and professional as well as respectful of our belongings, and opinions. They were easy to spend the day with, and very diligent. I had expressed anxiety to my office contact person about my move and the magnitude and disorganization of my belongings, so the manager came out himself as part of the packing team to assist. Move day tomorrow! I’m thankful that they schedule the same team (+2 for my move) for consistency. I’m sure our move will be just as seamless. Also accurate quoting! Part 2– second day was move day! We had the same 4 guys come back and two more. Again, all professional, polite, caring of our belongings and plans. They definitely pushed it to the limits, 90° hot and humid, 2 hour drive, 2 delivery stops, flexible, great with my kids!! Invested interest and excitement into our move which was nice and reassuring! Thank you so much to Manager Joey, Lead Brent, and Alex, Jake, Josh, and Issac! Literally couldn’t have done it without you guys, I would recommend them time and time again!

Please read whole review (lengthy but worth it) ---- ***DO NOT USE*** this company. If I could leave a lower score I would. I hired this place to move 3 pieces of furniture, two were damaged and my brand-new hardwood floors were damaged badly (bought my house 2 weeks prior and this was the first furniture moved in). I opened a claim within 24 hours of when it occurred in May 2025, I had 3 people promise someone would be here for a quote for 3 months and they just neglected to return calls/emails. It made it up to the New England Regional Manager (Mike O), so I thought I had finally got to the right person, nope, he ghosted me for 6 weeks and only when I had to continuously send complaint emails would they respond with apologies and promises to fix it. Three months of them telling me they are shopping vendors, and they never did until I said I would seek legal counsel and did in fact contact their corporate office. Ironically once this took place a vendor was here within 24 hours. Since they have zero regard for their clients, I contacted the vendor directly after they performed their assessment and I found out they didn't like the quote because it was more money than they wanted to pay out, the emails from them to the vendor stated "Can we perform a spot repair as to not do the entire floors" even though the company said it cannot be patched. They also sent me an email saying I cannot contact anyone involved except them, which even if I did their track record shows they wouldn't respond anyway. To this day I am still waiting for my floors/bed to be fixed ($3k for floors and $2K bed that was damaged). This is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with (I recommend "College Hunks" - THEY care about clients and their company reputation). They lied about working on the claim since May and its end of August and they openly said "we have the right to hire who we want, and we can shop a lower cost" paraphrased but you get the idea. They want to fix it cheap vs. right. Also, the kids that did the move/damage even went as far as to leave a moving mat over the damaged floors when they left. If you don't believe this review I recommend going on the "Better Business Bureau" site and you will find multiple reviews identical to mine. I cannot express how regretful I am for having used this company and I hope this review helps people reconsider this place in the future. Provided some pics of the damage (would have provided the fixed photos but it's still not done). *****DO NOT USE*****

When I called the company they were extremely accommodating with giving the proper information that I needed in order to schedule and also we’re able to get me in in a very reasonable amount of time. On the day of the move, they were able to come earlier than expected, which was very helpful. Tyler and D – rell were extremely friendly, polite, professional, and accommodating. Made the whole move so easy. Their attitude and work ethic where exceptional.

Our experience with Two Men and a Truck was outstanding. Jared was extremely communicative throughout the entire process; he along with Norman and Aiden, worked tirelessly to move our entire home in a day. They were very motivated, positive, and made sure to confirm what we wanted before moving certain items. Perfect team.
