I’ve really enjoyed this ladies bootcamp! Both coaches, Robyn and Lexi, bring their own unique styles to each session, which keeps things fresh and challenging. They both push you to reach new limits, while their energy and encouragement make every workout fun. Together, they’ve helped me stay motivated and consistent — I’ve seen real progress since joining. Highly recommend!

Great coaches for all levels. They bring a team vibe and positive atmosphere. My first choice for maintaining my fitness. The classes are professional and manageable for anyone. I’ve been going for 4 years now and no injuries! I joined with no experience and over time have learned so many movements to help strengthen parts of my body I wouldn’t get from traditional workouts. I especially like the running classes. They are a new addition and bring tempo workouts to the next level. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to condition themselves for anything life throws at you!

I have been attending NB STRENGTH for approx 5 years. The community at this gym is so welcoming and positive. Everyone cheers eachother on. There's always lots of options for equipment and classes. Overall a great gym.
