I was very pleased with the service received from North Bay Computer Services to fix my computer. The staff (Meagan and Neil) that I dealt with were very respectful and knowledgeable. All information was clearly explained of what to expect including time that it would take to have the computer fixed. I brought it in one day, and the next day, it was ready for pick up. Very pleased with my experience. I will certainly return should i require addiitonal services. Thank you!

The staff were very friendly and seemed professional. I bet the part that was replaced in my laptop was installed correctly. But my MacBook Pro broke down in basically the same way a few months after the end of my warranty. This time I took it to an Apple approved repair store and they told me the parts used in my previous repair job were not correct for my laptop (a replacement screen mainly). I think partially the problem is that the secondary market for parts is terrible, which is not North Bay Computer Services’ fault, but if I did things again I’d go to a store I know could source the correct parts because having to get my laptop repaired twice means I have spent basically the price of the laptop itself on repairs.
