North Bay Oral Surgery

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Anyone who knows me knows I’m a baby when it comes to dentists/oral surgeons. They were able to take me in same day after seeing a dentist in North Bay. They were all kind, patient and didn’t make me feel bad about my broken tooth. I was in so much pain and within 20 minutes my tooth was out. Huge thank you to all the staff. One amazing lady even brought me a blanket during the procedure! The next day the office called me to make sure I was ok. Thank you!

Had dental surgery performed yesterday to have a tooth pulled that interfered with my sinuses. I have NEVER in my 30 years of life experienced such a wonderful team of humans in the dental industry. Every person I came into contact with found little ways to brighten my gloomy day, and reassured me that despite the dentist that ruined my mouth and view on dentists I would be okay, and they gave me such an immense amount of comfort through my anxieties. Every single person went above and beyond for me yesterday, and it did not go unnoticed. Barb at the front desk was HILARIOUS. Every nurse that helped me were so incredibly kind and caring. Very communicative with every step of the way, even warmed my IV hand and put a heater on me because I'm always freezing. I have never met a dentist that has listened to my concerns the way this dentist did. The reassurance was absolutely phenomenal. Thank you all for turning a very scary day into a day that gave me hope again in the entire dental industry.
