The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. I love that it is family owned, and although each Dentist has their own style of treatment, you can tell they work together to make sure the same quality of service is offered across the board. I’ve had the privilege of being a patient of all three and I don’t have anything but praise to offer them. Each doctor is so kind and genuinely concerned about your dental health. They are knowledgeable and so patient when explaining the work they are doing. They take their time, but are also respectful of your time there. They talk you through what they are doing and often times I can over hear them teaching their assistance as well. I love that they empower them to feel educated on things they are doing, even if it’s not their role. You can tell it’s simply just for their understanding & growth. The clinic itself is clean and spacious. You walk in and there is plenty of seating. The check in process is quick and simple, as is the check out process. I appreciate that they have your copay information ready to go so that you don’t have to worry about follow up payments later.

My first time at Shinkawa Dental and it was such a great experience. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming (even at 8am). It was nice to see a family business where everyone is involved. The dental assistant, Trinity was so patient and gentle while explaining everything with detail and great attitude. The dentist, Adam was also really friendly and thorough. Overall, I highly recommend this office especially if you're like me that has really bad anxiety going to the dentist.

I was midway through dental implants when my long time dentist merged his practice with another dentist. I was not comfortable with the recommendations offered by the new office. They wanted to pull all of my teeth. I needed a second opinion. My oral surgeon Dr Huh referred me to Dr Adam Shinkawa and I am so pleased that he did. The Shinkawa Dental office is very welcoming. I was pleasantly introduced to all of the front desk staff. Next I was ushered to a comfortable examination by a friendly dental assistant. Dr Adam Shinkawa examined my mouth and then discussed his proposal for completing my implants with two bridges as originally planned. Dr Adam was very kind and understood of the trauma I have been through. I am looking forward to working with him. If you are looking for a new dentist or are unhappy with your current dentist, I highly recommend Dr Adam Shinkawa.
