I had such a wonderful experience! The service was excellent, and everyone was so patient, taking the time to explain everything about my teeth. They truly care and always focus on saving your natural tooth whenever possible. Above all, Tamana was extremely helpful and made the whole experience even better. Truly the best dentist ever! 🦷✨

Been having some shooting pain for over a month was told by my dentist to see a specialist. Now keep in mind i absolutely do not like going to the dentist. So i reached out here for a second opinion and wow what a place. The receptionist was fantastic forwarded me to the right people set up my appointment very quickly. When arriving very pleasant and warm relaxed experience. Dentist that fixed me up was also very good listened to my problems and concerns and withing 45 min everything was taken care of. Treatment coordinator was fabulous as well explained everything to me what my benefits covered and what they did not. Then even again the receptionist checked to make sure everything was fixed and that I had everything I needed. Thanks again for everything fantastic job to the whole time very pleasant experience.

I had my first visit to Dundas Street Dental this week and I couldn't be more pleased. The dentist was so caring and gentle while she examined my teeth. And the girls at the front are top notch, so knowledgeable and extremely friendly. It's actually a pleasure to visit, and I've always been nervous about gong to the dentist. Not anymore! Have already scheduled my next appointment😄

I have been a patient at Dundas Street Dental for 35 years, since I was a child. Thanks to the warmth and professionalism of the original team, I actually grew to love going to the dentist. In recent years, the clinic changed ownership. While the transition could have gone smoothly, one individual significantly impacted my experience: Tamana (I believe she is the office manager). As processes shifted under the new ownership, I occasionally had questions about procedures or billing. The front desk staff, especially Melody, always addressed my concerns with patience and kindness. When they needed to escalate something to Tamana, however, the tone of the interaction changed drastically. Every single time I spoke with Tamana, she was consistently rude, condescending, and hostile. She often misrepresented my word: once even suggesting I was unhappy with the dental office overall, which couldn’t be further from the truth. For instance, I recently arrived for a full dental exam that had already been rescheduled twice—by the office, not by me. I simply asked that only services covered by my insurance be performed, as finances are tighter for me at the moment. This request was based on an estimate the front desk had already submitted to my insurance provider. Instead of reviewing that estimate with me, Tamana called me into her office, where, within earshot of other patients, she became audibly frustrated, told me I needed to “do my own research,” and presented a form demanding I sign to accept all charges, regardless of insurance coverage. I calmly explained that I was willing to pay reasonable overages (as I always have) and that I simply didn’t want to proceed with non-urgent services that would result in hundreds of dollars out-of-pocket. I also noted that I had never missed a payment in 35 years as a patient. Still, Tamana continued to speak to me in a demeaning manner, loudly discussing my financial situation with her office door wide open. She again claimed I was “unhappy with the new company,” to which I clarified: the only issue I have is with how she communicates with patients. Dr. Sadeghi, on the other hand, has been absolutely incredible—she’s the dentist who finally identified the source of a dental issue my previous dentist had missed. She’s thorough, friendly, and highly skilled, and the hygienists and dental assistants have all been excellent as well. The front desk team remains professional and welcoming without fail on every visit. And previous individuals in Tamana’s role have never reacted in such a rude way if I inquired about costs, services and what’s covered and not converted BEFORE I go forward with a procedure. After my meeting with Tamana, I sat in a room across the hall as Tamana welcomed the next patient. With her door again wide open, she discussed his treatment plan and financial situation in full detail; something that should be kept private. When he said he needed time to review the form she handed him (the same one I received), she responded, “No problem at all”, in stark contrast to how she had responded to me just moments earlier when I said the same thing. It’s incredibly disappointing to have one staff member detract from an otherwise outstanding team. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as no long-time patient (or any patient for that matter) should be treated with such disrespect.
