We have had North Shore Roofing do multiple jobs for us. And we’re glad we did! They replaced the roof on our nearly flat garage because the interior was getting too hot in the summer (upper 90’s inside). Peter saw that the roof was old and had no insulation . They replaced the old roof material with a rubber roof plus 2” of special insulation and added new roof vents. The garage now runs much cooler and we have not had a drop of water despite heavy rains. In our prior house Peter determined the cause of a stain on our living room ceiling was a water leak from the chimney that runs alongside the house, and it dripped across the attic floor. Small cracks had developed between the mortar and bricks of the chimney and water was leaking under several shingles where the chimney met the roof. Peter and his crew reset the top layers of the bricks, matched all the shingles and replaced the flashing. It was done quickly and no more problems. Peter and his crew are always professional, easy to talk to and go out of their way to come up with good suggestions. April returns all calls promptly and is a pleasure to talk with. Pete did a great job. He went above and beyond to make sure my sky lights and chimney were properly flashed and he even repointed the chimney. The office was very responsive and friendly and kept us apprised of the schedule. After the work was completed, you wouldn’t know that roofers had been there, except for the beautiful roof. There was no debris in the gardens surrounding the home. It was also a great price for such a large roof. We have many add ons to the home, but the roof was completed in only a few days.
