I’ve used North Simcoe Plumbing twice now, and both times they’ve truly gone above and beyond. The first was an emergency when another contractor’s work failed, and the second was just recently to fix a drain issue. Matt and his apprentice Curtis were fantastic—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. It’s such a relief having a team I can trust to get things done right. Thank you for making a stressful situation so much easier. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again or recommend them to anyone!

Matt is a very friendly and Profesional person who we have utilized a few times for plumbing needs. It is so refreshing to find a friendly, honest and reliable person given the plethora of options out there. Highly recommend him and his company and would offer a positive reference anytime.

Matt is a contractor that cheats his customers. He ripped me off for thousands of dollars on a job he didnt complete. I have text messages with him saying he didn't do the job and would send me my money back. It's been weeks and daily excuses to why he is not giving me my money back. He is a contractor that will gladly take your money but not return it when his fraud is found out. He spews falsehoods every other sentence. He is a waste of anyone's time, unless you like to get jerked around. Would give 0 stars if I could for Matt who is the worst person to deal with.
