Wonderful crew — so professional and thoughtful around our childcare center! North Star Contracting was completing underground work on the street outside our childcare center while doing major road and utility work for the new subdivision nearby. Even though it was a big project with lots of equipment, their entire team was incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating. They always made sure the area was safe and clearly marked, especially important with little ones nearby. The crew took extra care to plan around drop-off and pick-up times, and they were so patient and kind with the kids when they were curious about what was happening. A few of the site managers even took a few minutes to explain what the big machines were and how they worked, which absolutely made the kids’ day! It’s rare to see a construction crew so respectful and community-minded. Huge thanks to the North Star team for doing great work and keeping everyone safe in the process!

Best experience with a construction company! The workers were courteous, fast, and left our yard spotless. We had them replace a few panels of concrete in front of our home in Calgary. They got in and out, cleaned up, and were accommodating with us trying to get in and out of our driveway while they completed the work. From my understanding, it was the City of Calgary sidewalk replacement. And they treated us like we were the customer. They even went above and beyond by helping my elderly neighbour move some items out of the way. Fantastic customer care!
