This law firm got half the compensation of what my wife should have received. They don't know the law or research properly. They seem nice though. An unknown driver involved in the accident (they slowed down to rubber neck another accident on the other side of the freeway) was partly the reason of the accident. Regardless of the unknown driver, the lady who sideswiped my wife to avoid rear ending the car in front of her was recklessly driving and speeding (probably rubber necking too but my wife slowed down like everyone else). She should have paid twice as much in compensation as my wife is still in pain (3 years now). Unknown to us (but the lawyer should know) once you settle with one company you can't settle with an unknown driver with your own company. They proposed that option and it failed. So why did we hire a lawyer if they don't know this stipulation and proposed something that would fail? My wife did everything thing they asked by providing medical documents to show how she was suffering with concussion and body pain. They gave a small percentage back to compensate for their mistake. You might as well represent yourself or hire a more knowledgeable firm.
