I visited this office to get my wisdom teeth removed in april of 2024, while the surgery & recovery overall went fine, the payment and insurance part of it was an absolute nightmare. I had blue cross blue shield, and this dental office had me pay for half of the procedure up front, around 1200, with the understanding that I would be refunded that after the insurance was processed. They told me that a claim would be started with my insurance, with some parts of the claim going through my dental insurance and some through my medical, after 8 months of waiting, having to call & deal with insurance, resubmitting claims, and an absolute nightmare, in the end I didn't get a penny back for the money I paid out of pocket and was told would be refunded. The operation went fine, but I feel like the office was not upfront enough with my money and getting reimbursed, in the end, they got their money and it left me feeling very frustrated and unhappy with the end result. You can trust them for the procedure, but not for dealing with insurance and your money.
