As business owners (ourselves), we have a unique perspective on customer service from point-of-sale to receipt of product and installation to follow-up. Our experience with North Texas Modern Flooring (Noe, Miguel & Jacinto) far surpassed our hopes & expectations! Picture yourself 3 days before Christmas - and your already-scheduled installer (from another company) "no-shows" and does not respond to numerous attempts to contact. We were disappointed & (pretty much) resolved ourselves to the idea that our home would be in "construction chaos" throughout the Christmas holiday. Discouraged, we decided to contact one more company (on Friday, Dec 22) .... to see if there was any possibility of scheduling with one of their installers....for after Christmas. OMG!!! Noe - Owner of North Texas Modern Flooring - and his partner Miguel & installer, Jacinto - quite literally gave us a Christmas miracle!! Noe came to our home - that same evening (a Friday evening)! He showed-up - reviewed everything - and scheduled his crew for the very next morning (Sat Dec 23). The crew showed-up - not only on time - but also with Noe & Miguel. We had holiday plans late afternoon/early evening; and the crew graciously chose a stopping-point; cleaned-up everything; and agreed to return the next morning (Sunday, Dec 24) - late morning, as we wanted to sleep in. Again, as promised, the crew & Miguel showed-up at the scheduled time and completed the project (upstairs hallway and master bedroom). And when all was completed, Noe & Miguel did a walk-thru to make sure everything had been done perfectly. Throughout all - whether we text, emailed or called - Noe or Miguel - responded immediately! Who does that!?!?! These guys are "the best"!! We awoke Christmas morning to a beautifully manicured home .... Our Master Bedroom basking in the deep warmth of wood-laminate hues; and our upstairs hall - a lighter caramel wood-laminate that reflected the brightness of our holiday feeling. I cannot say enough positive things about North Texas modern Flooring. We love our new master bathroom! Noe and his crew left the place tidy through the entire renovation project. Project was completed in the exact time he said. We will definitely be using North Texas Modern Flooring again.

We will not recommend this company. The only good step is demo, it's quick and they cleaned up. So it's two stars, not one. Noe did not show up for at least 3 times, no apologies at all. The only time he showed up right on the time is the first meeting. Before we agreed to do the service with him. Most of time, he's not at here for the whole project. (I checked another review from facebook, totally agree!) Some unprofessional behaviors: 1.When they were doing the floor, remove the toilet and can't turn off the water. Almost cause a water damage! Noe wasn't here, also did not tell me until I found it. He just texted me to contact a plumber and pay by myself. (I found a licensed plumber. He mentioned it's the most common issue. The workers should not remove it if they even don't know how to turn it off) 2. Cabinets installation was terrible. Even not leveled!...It took me two times call him to fix it. Noe mentioned he should charge more to fix it because he needs to pay the workers more. After their whole job done, my friends found my island installed not leveled... There are still more places. A unprofessional team and a terrible experience.
