Went in thinking I needed to replace some faucets in my home and they recommended replacing the cartridges instead and provided the cartridges I needed. Really appreciated not being upsold something when my existing faucets could simply be fixed. They even recommended a plumber. Nice to have a knowledgeable and helpful local business and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Fantastic customer service.
