Everything on our siding job with Northco has gone exceptionally well from the initial consult through design and construction phases. Dan our project manager has been a pleasure to deal with. The crew on site has been 2nd to none and treats the job as if it's their own property. Their attention to detail is phenomenal. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the final product Thank you!

Adrian, Hunter, Fady, Johnny, Matt, Justin, Christopher, and the crew at Northco did an excellent job on the framing and siding done in my community this year. They are professional, friendly, trustworthy, pay close attention to detail and show up at a consistent time all week (Sundays off). Throughout the process they were responsive, informative, and helpful, taking the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and explain their techniques. When something wasn’t completed to my satisfaction, they addressed it and made sure the final result was right. Everyone is treated with the same consideration, fairness, and respect, and I felt safe bringing Adrian and his son my concerns which is an important consideration as a woman. I've observed that Adrian is a strong leader who motivates his crew and teaches with patience and kindness, which really shows in the quality of their work and team morale. I would recommend this company to others and am very grateful my house is much warmer and more air tight. Great work guys! Except for expected delays due to the elements, the project went smoothly and Dan (the owner) was very accommodating. As you know when you begin a remodelling project there is always the unexpected surprise but everything was ironed out without issues. From the salesperson, Alex, to the designer, Claudel, and the construction crew we were more than satisfied with the interactions.
