Update: Second project: basement entrance We did the second project with Ahmed for a separated entrance and was very happy with work done. I received many compliments from friends and neighbours. The project was started and completed on time, no delays. My basement entrance makes the basement very bright and for sure it will increase the value of my house. The great: Basement entrance was completed on schedule and to code. The company dealt with the city inspectors as needed. Clear payment schedule and competitive pricing. Basit was easy to reach for any concerns. They gave is a very fair price for the concrete patio as well. The slightly less great: the bin delivery and excavation didn't arrive/start at the same time so there were piles of dirt on the driveway for a few days. Bin was also a bit delayed getting picked up. But honestly, a small inconvenience for an excellent end result. I would recommend Northcon Corp to anyone looking to have a separate entrance, or new patio, added to their home.
