We wife hired this company to clean our window “inside and out”. From the beginning my wife relayed to this company that we need our window tracks and sills require a deep clean (actually is the primary reason we hired a vendor on the first place). Following 2.5 hours of work, my wife and I were deeply disappointed to find our window tracks and sills were completely dirty and to make matters worse there were soiled rags used by the staff containing chemicals on every floor of my house. When we reached out to the company same day, we didn’t hear back to the following week of which the owner didn’t even take time to discuss our concerns. Instead we received an offer of a $100 discount if we hire them back. Do not hire these two people.
