I visited this branch a month ago to request a bank statement. The female teller was extremely rude and impolite, making my experience very unpleasant due to her unhelpful attitude. Before I left, she said something that truly demoralized me.

whom it may concern, In regards to my own experience at the insurance stop in the bank, my partner and I will no longer be a customer to this service. Unfortunately we see no positive work environment. - there was a trainee and I felt bad they couldn’t get a positive response to needing extra help in her service for a customer. No motivating staff, No actions to a buffer between staff and members in addressing service and we couldn’t see professional in any aspect. Hopefully they will look back at this as a way to help for the better future for customers. As a person who has lived here all their lives and is a member of the community this is my experience and I will share to who I wish Maybe the 5 employees all had a bad day and I wish them better days ahead.. because no one likes leaving any one feeling like they are an annoyance for existing.
