Northside Family Medicine & Urgent Care - Midtown

I had to have staples removed from my four year-old’s head. We made an appointment and got in within 20 minutes. Everyone was very kind and professional and they were so sweet to my little guy. We would definitely be happy to be back. I mean, not happy because it’s urgent care but if we have to go back, we would choose this place again.

Staff was fast, professional and responsive. The medical staff had great bedside manner. The facility was clean and seemed to be well equipped. We were able to register online. We were seen right at the appointment time and our insurance info had already been confirmed. Great experience, would highly recommend.

Got an appointment quickly. Once I got there I was seen quickly. The staff was friendly, polite and very caring. I was told to get to an ER ASAP and offered an ambulance which I declined (don't like them). They did what they could and explained why they couldn't do any more and why it was seriously urgent I get to an ER, no sugar coating but no scare tactics - just the truth about what could happen IF......... Hopefully I won't need an Urgent Care again but if I do this is where I'm going.
