Our technician, Jed, was fantastic. From the moment he arrived, his professionalism and honesty showed. He listened to exactly what our concerns were and provided his recommendations based on those items we mentioned. He provided a quick and thorough tune up to our door that hadn’t been looked at in over 5 years. If we ever have issues going forward with our garage door, Jed will be our first call!

Bought a brand new garage door, rails and mechanisms. In 3 years has never closed correctly. Once the warranty passes, they won’t fix it even though it never worked correctly. Save your money and go to a company that stands behind their work and actually knows how to install doors and rails correctly (the first time).

Had a garage door spring snap over the weekend. Called Overhead Door early Monday and had a new spring installed before noon. Ryan Byrd was the tech and was prompt, professional and engaging throughout the process. Would use again and would recommend Overhead Door and Ryan to anyone needing service or installation. Ryan could have told me I needed new cables, but was able to use the old ones without issue. Trustworthy. Thanks again!
