Northumberland Heights Wellness Retreat & Spa

We had a great stay at this resort. The atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for relaxation. Service across the property was professional and guest focused. The restaurant staff was attentive, and a special mention to Mehr, who was focused, friendly and very hardworking. Chef Arjun prepared outstanding meals, especially the vegetarian options, which were fresh, flavourful and well portioned. Dessert was a real treat. The front office team, including Cristal, responded promptly and respectfully to our requests. The only small issue was that the service desk phone in our room wasn’t working, but it was a minor inconvenience during an otherwise wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

We have just returned from a Vedanta Canada retreat here!! Our entire group is already missing everything !!! Northumberland Heights totally scaled to new heights in the fantastic hospitality they provided to our entire group!!! Mehr, Crystal, Chef Arjun and their entire team were totally amazing !! Every detail was so seamlessly well taken care !! The place was impeccably maintained!! The food was fresh, flavourful and fabulous!! Every meal was a total delight in its taste, creativity and choice !! Nothing was oily or too spicy. It was like eating a home cooked meal !! We actually felt nourished!! The entire team was so gracious in accommodating all our special requests of vegan, gulten free food and egg free desserts!! The place was so peaceful and serene, perfect for our retreat!! We look forward to being back !!!

Northemberland Heights offered our 3 day residential long weekend, Vedanta retreat the perfect haven with serene ambience & extremely hospitable environment. The house keeping staff, Chef Arjun & restaurant executives delivered outstanidng service. Mehr, Param, Priyanka, Crystal & Ghayle were dynamic on their legs, all the time making our dynamic schedule run effortlessly for 3 days. Chef Arjun prepared all dishes from basics, no processed items from fridage. This made us enjoy each meal & come back with hunger for all meals. Food was extremely Satvic, tasty & good in quantity as well. Their Spa with Jatin is worht speding time to releive the knots in the body! Mona, who runs the place has a keen eye for aesthetics, simplicity, grace & providing a spiritually uplifting environment. We are glad to say, this has been our best retreat venue in 17 years so far. The additional cottage appended to the resort is a convenient addition to the otherwise 14 rooms in the resort. We would love to see this extended so that more of our members could sign up in future. Look forward to returning for the next retreat. Thanks to all at Northumberland, you guys treated us like it was our family home. Look forward to seeing in future.
