I needed new flooring installed in my bathroom, but the job also involved removing and reinstalling the toilet, sink, and vanity unit — something that caused several companies to turn the work down. When I approached Bellgrave Interiors, they were more than happy to take on the job. They provided a quote based on photos I sent, without needing to schedule a site visit, which was incredibly convenient. I also appreciated that they didn’t ask for any payment upfront — I only paid once the work was fully completed. On the day of installation, I left them with my house keys and went to work. When I returned, the entire job was finished to a very high standard. The space was spotless, with all waste removed and everything put back in place. I later received a message from them explaining that although they had to remove the skirting boards, they managed to reinstall them perfectly without needing replacements — I honestly wouldn’t have noticed, they looked just as they had before. They even went the extra mile by replacing worn plumbing connectors and resealing my shower tray, which wasn’t part of the original scope.
