Zach is completely hostile and unprofessional. Trying to rip my fiance off with "insurance" which is just a warranty from kendall, that is 7 grand and doesn't cover anything major. Also outright lying to her about services done and volvo not being able to give her their service records for the car. Which is also a lie. And refusing to replace a turbo that is 100 percent, clearly bad. I show up and let him know the exact deal we want and to replace the turbo, and he acts like a complete jerk. Still refusing to do major repairs on a car they're trying to sell. He came out from the beginning super aggressive.

Evan and the team over there are truly top notch. Certainly the best service I have ever had from. Any VW dealership. Thanks for making the experience great and it's good to know my GTI is in good hands!

Modern facility with capable service writers, they can get very busy so schedule early. Communication and follow-up are both good, Showroom has a convenient waiting area.
