I requested corrections and clarifications the day I paid and heard nothing for two weeks until I contacted the company again and I was told they were less busy and would help me. Several weeks after that I still have heard nothing.

But after that we called every week for a whole month and we never got any call backs. 4 months later we get a bill for 315 bucks.. still have not seen prints or heard back from them..
