Walgreens Clinic 10/30/24. Jessica Eaton is very rude, no manners and incompetent. Two days prior I made an appointment for a sports physical online. There was an option to prepay for service. I paid $25 co-pay online. I go to the appointment early today, Jessica Eaton was very short with me without prompt. Eventually she and then the nurse practitioner state they will not see me because I seem to have an attitude. To be clear there was no attitude. Simply stating facts, that I had already been charged. Which she stated that I was not and that the screen showed $0 co-pay. Of course it did, because I paid online. Since when is someone denied services? When threatening or acting erratically correct? I was doing neither, either verbally or physically.

Called and was lucky enough to get an appointment for same day, showed up and checked in 30 minutes before appointment and was seen right on time, tests were done quickly and painlessly and results were prompt. Attending nurses and front desk were kind and efficient.

Reviews like the previous ones go to show that people who have bad experiences are much more likely to post than the ones who have good ones. Scheduled an appointment for 630pm, was in the exam room being seen by 620pm. I know that will be hit or miss with them taking walk ins but they were fast and took care of what I needed around my work schedule. Much faster than a standard ICC, professional staff, and convenient for a normal 9-5 work schedule. Take advantage of booking the appointment through mychart if you're an established Norton patient if you know in advance when you plan to come in to expedite the process. I will definitely keep this location in mind if I cant get in with my PCP with my work hours for issues.

Called, made an appointment, was seen that day! Beverly K. APRN was amazing! She was able to test me for strep, got me on an antibiotic the same day! Definitely recommend. Easy visit and friendly staff!
