Not Another Wholesale

Update - YES 110% I have the correct wholesaler. Order 4449. You know what you’re trying to do. I won’t stop telling the community how bad you are :) don’t describe the condition as ‘any minor defects won’t affect the resale value’ when the major defects mean you can’t resell! The WORST wholesaler. Wish I’d have read the reviews! Bought two grade A/B boxes and almost every item has a defect. 12 completely unsellable despite the description stating the ‘minor defects’ won’t affect the price. Who is going to buy these items with huge holes in! And to top it off the customer service is absolutely non existent. They take ages coming back to you, offer no resolution and then ignore you again. Scamming innocent consumers trying to earn an honest living. Do not buy as you won’t even make your money bag - they just send you a box of rejects that isn’t good enough for the bin!

If I could give less stars I would. Absolutely shocking , I got a large box of hoodies and sweatshirts, every item was extremely worn full of stains that smelt like poo, very very poor quality, the whole lot went in the bin , customer service is non existent, I sent emails with no reply , save your money do not buy from here

AVOID!! I wish I had read reviews first!! I ordered two “mixed” vintage bales from Not Another Wholesale and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. The main issue is that what I received was not a mixed bale at all. One bale was around 80–90% the same brand (Champion) and almost entirely hoodies/jumpers. This does not match what any reasonable customer would understand as a “mixed” vintage bale, especially based on how the company presents its products on social media, where much more variety is shown. I also received the bale fully labelled as Wing999 with no prior disclosure that the product would arrive under a different company’s branding. When I asked for clarification, the explanation didn’t address the lack of transparency. Customer service has been equally frustrating. My core concerns about misrepresentation and lack of variety have been repeatedly overlooked, and most replies only focused on the damaged items—even though that was only a secondary issue. I’ve had to chase responses multiple times and still haven’t had the main points directly acknowledged. While they did eventually offer a refund for some damaged pieces, (not received though and being ignored) this doesn’t resolve the issue of a product not matching the description or expectations set by the company’s own marketing. I even asked about returned the 2nd unopened bale which was also ignored. They kept banging on how the boxes are the sorted ones so I even said il take credit to see if they live up to expectations and they told me no. Overall, I expected far better communication and accountability, especially for higher-value wholesale orders. I wouldn’t feel confident ordering from them again based on this experience.
