I placed an order online since I live out of state and I received a dirty pair of shoes from the store. I sent an email immediately after receiving them and have yet to hear back and it’s been almost a week. I have tried calling and nobody picks up the phone.

Store is beautifully decorated, and has an incredible aesthetic to it. I traveled in from out of state and was very excited to shop in store as it’s been closed when I previously traveled to Chicago. I was extremely disappointed with the shopping experience in-store. 5 total associates with 3 customers (myself included) in the store and they were too busy in their own conversations to check-in or even acknowledge anyone in the vacinity. Truly disappointing. I hope you have a better experience than I did because I definitely won’t be back.

Online experience has so far been underwhelming. Support doesn’t answer emails. Will probably initiate charge back with my cc provider and order the shoes elsewhere since they are not hyped and sitting everywhere. Not sure why they move so slow and don’t respond. Don’t recommend.
