Jason GThe Hotel was clean and staff very friendly. However, the room was very tired, floor lifting, drainage in showers and sink near enough non existent, Ceiling lights did not work, No ventilation in room unless opened door. Room was described as having a Balcony… Some metal bars outside the door. Asked for a Fan in room in advance, was told that me is in the room. That was non existent and staff did not know anything about it. Had clean towels placed in room but only 1 and the cups and rubbish were left untouched. Shame as could be a brilliant Hotel
Bostonian 55Fantastic experience in here, good atmosphere, supurb outside space, price is quite expensive, but your not likely to spend all night in there. Host is friendly and sociable
Suzie MWent really late about 10pm. We were tired and couldn't face anymore driving. Really nice room and the staff at the bar were very helpful. Friendly bunch of regular clientele too. Despite being in the middle of town close to the cathedral it had a long beer garden down to the river . No food available but you can order in. This is reflected in the price.
SYED MUHAMMAD ATIF ALIRooms are really nice, spotless with everything available for a calm stay. Some rooms have small fridge as well. Weird thing is the reception which is in Bar area and an honourable guest would have to cross the drunk foolish guys before reaching to reception. Reception remains busy with the bar customers. When he attends, our voice remains inaudible to him due to loud music. Second thing is the location which is not so adorable. I would suggest they should keep a separate reception for room customers. Alternatively, they can take another hotel building in a nice location. Their rooms are really good.
