this clinic is fantastic. I have been to other chiropractors and Rochester chiropractic exceeds them in all aspects: compassion, knowledge, and customer service. Every department has been extremely helpful: from the doctors to the massage therapists, even the front desk and billing department have been helpful and thorough. They accept most insurances and are willing to work with patients financially to help them get the care they need for optimum health. So thankful for this wonderful group.

Dr. Chad was great, but if you're considering going here be sure to ask them about pricing before making your first appointment. I went for a total of three appointments, and all three in total were over $1,000. I ultimately went to my regular physician after three appointments here and then started physical therapy for my back issue, which worked out to be cheaper than going here. Like I said - if this place works for you and makes you feel better, go for it! However if you're new and considering options I think this place should do a better job learning how to comply with the "No Surprises Act" that went into effect on Jan 1st 2022. -- Update June 6 2024 -- I wasn't going to go here, but since you're saying my math was incorrect let's state the facts. According to my explanation of benefits, you billed $881 on 7/21/2023, $116 on 7/24/2023, and $81 on 7/26. That's $1,078 which is greater than $1k not less. For 3 appointments.
