Visited Surabaya for 4 days in May 25. Stay at Novotel on my first night (superior room) and last night (superior suite) as I had a Mount Bromo and Ijen trip planned in the middle. Both rooms were amazing, clean and well worth the price paid, hotel staff were nice and full of smiles as well. Hotel is situated with other buildings and the complex is guarded, leaving us with a piece of mind. Did in room dining at Novotel twice as well and food was amazing, however the order that came was slightly wrong but it was delicious nonetheless

Comfy bed... Mr Rahman Very friendly staffs & All of them are very attentive. Room size are among the biggest compared to others of the same price range.|Breakfast Taste good as well, Really recommended to stay here. 10 Minute from Galaxy mall & 20 minute from Airport Surabaya.

Allowed early check in for us as there was a room available and we were so tired from our travels. Really appreciate it! Hotel is nice and big and security looks tight with safety measures taken at stop points. Thank you Novotel! Looking forward to a good stay
