We have gone to NSK clinic twice - once for my son's 6-week immunizations and wellness check and again for his 14-week immunizations and four-month wellness check. Dr. Shetty is a highly qualified pediatrician who offers an excellent perspective. Wait times for the clinic are unusually long and it is very inconvenient that appointments aren't mandatory or at least recommended. The nursing and triage staff is not warm or friendly and it seems as though they do not directly communicate with the doctor which causes frequent miscommunications.

The paediatrician is good but the appointment management and customer service & experience puts you off especially when you are with kids. We have had a bad experience twice .. my tip is to ask the receptionist (both of them) how many ahead of you when you make the visit and keep them accountable, else you enjoy a long waiting time … given feedback in person but no improvement sadly.
