My wife and I contacted Mark from Niego Brothers Roofing after finding a leak in our roof, which had been installed three years ago by another contractor who couldn’t resolve the issue. Mark was incredibly diligent in identifying our roofing problems and the root issues that contributed to the primary leak. He was knowledgeable and honest in explaining his plan for fixing our roof and was responsive and personable when addressing our concerns related to the issues we had been experiencing for several years. Mark’s team worked on the roof for a day and half and were polite and professional throughout. They uncovered several problem areas, removed rotted wood, improperly installed vents, mismatching hip shingles, and faulty flashing. Then they installed the correct materials without needing to tear off the entire roof- an approach that saved us thousands of dollars. The attic was dry after our most recent rainstorm after the repairs, which is the first time we haven’t had anxiety during rainstorms in nearly three years. Not only is the leak fixed, but the roof looks great. We can’t recommend Mark and Niego Brothers Roofing enough for anyone needing a new roof installation or repairs. The entire experience was exceptional!

Had a great experience working with Mark on getting our roof redone. He is easy to communicate with, patient with scheduling since we had a lot of different house projects going on at the same time, and his team went above and beyond with some of the things they uncovered after the old roof came off.
