This is easily a 5* company. Fast quote, clear/ pleasant/ professional communication by the office, competitively priced, workers protected & insured, a super job of gutter & window cleaning, & they gave me the before & after pics when I asked! I had gotten 3 other quotes along with theirs. They don't just throw the gutter junk on the grounds, they collect it into a pail & brought it to the woods. My last gutter cleaning person threw it on the ground, which I had to pick up & throw away afterwards. The father/son team were very conscientious of not slamming the ladders into the gutters/ roof/ side of house while they moved the ladders laterally along. We had gotten new roof, gutters & siding 2 yrs ago. We've had other folks working who've slammed the ladders to the side of the house. They even blew the leaves off my metal roof. They go the extra mile. I was very appreciative of NT General Services' high attention to detail. They cleaned my big picture window outside & inside, dusted the sills, & wiped the PVC white trim molding on the outside also. They were careful to walk on my metal porch roof with rubber soled shoes (I told them this in advance) & not dent it. They took their shoes off inside, even though I told them they didn't need to. They're eco friendly w clean microfiber cloths & no paper towel use. And no window streaks! It's like we have no window there now. They were done in 1.5 hrs. This is a family business & local to Metrowest/ Central MA/ Rt 495/ Rt90/ Rt9/ Rt128 area. So glad I found them & will definitely use them again.

Great communication and fast completion. They even took before and after pictures during the process as promised. Gutter and solar panel cleaning done right! I’ll be doing more business with them in the future!

Eric and the guys did a great job. My house’s gutters were long overdue a clean and they did a great job of polishing them up. They look good as new. Eric has good communication skills and the pricing was good value for money. I would definitely recommend them for any gutter cleaning services in the Metrowest area
