Customer experiences
The lead pharmacist, Chris, went out of his way for me. They were behind refilling prescriptions and told me up front it would be about 3 days. A week later, I still had not heard from them. When I called to check on the status, Chris answered the phone and was immediately concerned about the delay and the fact that I was completely out of the medication at home at that point and could not get to them before they closed that day. His solution was to offer to refill the Rx and deliver it to my house after work. He did deliver it promptly after work and was very friendly. I think that is incredible service--so unexpected and just really thoughtful. Thank you for going the extra mile, Chris!
I've tried everything to remove a 10 year old wart on my finger. My doctors have tried freezing it, burning it, I had surgery, literally tried every topical product there is.... until I found Wart Peel!!! It's a proprietary compounded ointment that they make. You have to get a prescription for it. If you have a stubborn wart on your hands or feet, try to get this stuff. So good.
I got the Dr Comfort brand shoes there that I had ordered. There had been a problem that got taken care of as one of the pairs of shoes were too narrow. But that happens sometimes when you can't actually try on the shoes to make sure that they will be the correct size. At least they are being reordered and I will be getting them once the store gets them from the shoe company. They do a good job and I even got some good probiotics while I was there. Joyce J
I live in Phoenix, AZ, and I have a mail-order prescription for a wart removal product through NuCara Pharmacy. The Wart Peel medication worked very well, although several months after the wart had been extinguished it appeared to be returning. My dermatologist sprayed it with liquid nitrogen, and after a few days of healing I spoke by phone with the pharmacist Robbie about refilling my prescription (which is not inexpensive). Instead of telling me to renew immediately, Robbie counseled me to wait awhile to see if, in fact, the wart might well be gone, and if not then I could always call to have the prescription refilled. I must say that I, having grown up as a cynical New Yorker, was surprised and delighted by his advice. Instead of having me immediately renew the medication and securing the substantial cost for the pharmacy, Robbie offered the possibility that, in fact, I might not need to renew at all and thereby forfeiting the profit for the pharmacy. Wow! Robbie is what Grandma Lily (having grown-up in Eastern Europe as a Yiddish-speaker) would have called a "mensch": a trustworthy, reliable, mature man of excellent character. It's been a true pleasure to deal with NuCara and Robbie.
