Avoid this company Garagep3 at all cost when thinking to buy a vehicle or parts for your vehicle: On 12th January 2025 our experience started with this company, my partner was looking to purchase a Honda Civic EP3 and was looking forward as new to the vehicle as had never own Japanese before. So we came across a Black Premier Edition through eBay and noticed it was located at one of the biggest breakers of this type of vehicle situated in Birmingham who was selling this pre 100k Premier Edition Vehicle, all was looking great we went to see the vehicle and agreed on the price and the corrections he said he was going to carry on the vehicle for us to pick up the following weekend, this is where the problems started going down hill, I understand personal issues arose, he said he would drive it up to us never happened twice major red flags but still we pursed so we had to drive down half to exchange details and money which wasn’t part of the agreement. Said he would send the V5 didn’t show still waiting. All quick and easy to take the funds but for a big organisation but for his customer care which is shocking. Then we had a problem with the suspension so we took it to a local registered dealership and we found out everything was rusted and shouldn’t have passed recent MOT (see images), £7k we paid for this and we have reached out to him and he’s has requested to sort this but with his welder no chance after the state of this vehicle must have paid him in £50’s to just tick the boxes I have quotes from 3 body shops and we are looking at 10k to have this fixed. We are still waiting for refund that is unlikely to come. We are writing this for social awareness.

Went there to get exhaust and inlet manifold fitted. I needed it done quick and they accommodated my rushed schedule despite only being given 2 days notice. When I got there I had issues with some of the parts being fitted (my parts needed modification or had issues with threading etc) and they were able to work round everything and get the job done quickly and within the time they said. They also made sure the engine bay looked presentable and made sure nothing was cut or bent too more than would be needed. These guys know exactly what they're doing and are incredibly helpful and friendly couldn't reccomend anyone more than these guys for your EP3.

Haas replaced the engine in my 05 Honda Civic Ep3 2 months ago. Amazing service. Has now run for over 700 miles and hasn't used any oil! Nothing was too much trouble. From the guys who collected me and the car and drove to the garage, to Haas and his team who worked on my car. Thanks Haas for keeping my beloved Ep3 on the road.

What a shame, the products are really good when you actually get them but we paid for parts so long ago, no response on the phone after repeated messages, 2-3 months I have been chasing for these parts. I even went to the location and was told they would be sent on as the guy was not there. Unbelievably frustrating, approach with caution.
